FAQ'S
  • Shipping
    All Canadian orders are sent via Canada Post. ​ Processing time for in-stock items is approximately 1-3 business days. Delivery times are approximate, so if you need a piece by a particular date, please try to leave as much lead time as you can. If an order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please send me an email. ​ International shipping is available. Please email me for a shipping quote. You are responsible for any duty, taxes, and expenses associated with international shipping. ​ If a package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact the shipping carrier as soon as possible.
  • Returns and Exchanges
    I currently do not offer returns or exchanges. I inspect each item before it is shipped and carefully package it like a precious little clay baby. If, despite these precautions, an item arrives damaged, please email me as soon as possible with some photos of the piece in the box it arrived in.
  • Care and Usage
    Hand washing is strongly recommended. Darker clays generally cannot be put in the microwave, because the oxides present in the clay heat up and could burn your tender hands. I have noted this where applicable in the production description. Each piece is food-safe unless otherwise noted in the description, in case you are looking for a vase to drink out of (I don’t judge.)
  • Why is there some variance from piece to piece?
    Every piece is either wheel-thrown or hand-built (sometimes both!) and glazed by me in small batches. While uniformity is always the goal, there will inevitably be some variability from piece to piece in terms of measurements, colour, and texture. But look on the bright side: the piece you have selected is the only one quite like it.
  • Commissions and Collaborations
    Let’s collaborate on a special piece for a special someone, project, or business. My fee for commissioned pieces is $50 CAD for design development (which includes an initial sketch and one revision), plus the cost of the piece, to be agreed upon.
  • Pre-orders
    I use the pre-order function to determine what I should make more of. If an item is sold out, please consider joining the waitlist or messaging me. I will contact you when the item is restocked (or we can sort out a custom order).
