At the risk of sounding like the J. Peterman catalogue, the Allorra olive oil vessel is a speckled stoneware olive oil  pourer inspired by an early summer trip to Puglia. Our villa bordered on a blooming olive grove, and peppered throughout the region, there are happy little limestone structures called trulli with conical rooves. The top serves as an excellent funnel, and fits a standard wine cork, or you can select an olive oil pourer for a small additional cost. Left raw on the outside, and glazed Ostuni-white on the inside.  The small size will hold roughly 200 ml of olive oil, and the larger size holds roughly 400 ml of your favourite oil (BYOEvoo).
